为满足国际社会对日益增长的中文教育类人才的需求，促进世界各国中文教育的发展，助力国际中文教育人才的成长，教育部中外语言交流合作中心（以下简称中心）设立国际中文教师奖学金（以下简称奖学金），聚焦培养合格的海外中文教师。

To meet the growing international demand for Chinese language teachers, facilitate Chinese language education around the world, and support the professional development of Chinese language teachers, the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) has established the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (hereinafter referred to as the Scholarship) for eligible Chinese language teachers outside of China.

孔子学院、独立设置的孔子课堂，部分汉语考试考点，外国相关教育机构、高校中文师范专业/中文院系、国外有关中文教学行业组织、中国驻外使（领）馆等（以下统称推荐机构）可推荐优秀学生和在职中文教师到betway必威官方网站大学（以下简称接收院校）学习和进修汉语及相关专业。betway必威官方网站大学2024年接收该项目的汉语进修生。

Confucius Institutes, independent Confucius Classrooms, selected HSK test centers, foreign educational institutions, Chinese language teacher training programs/Chinese departments at foreign universities, professional associations for Chinese language teaching, Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad (hereinafter collectively referred to as Recommending Institutions) are encouraged to recommend outstanding students and in-service Chinese language teachers to study and further their education in Chinese language and related majors at the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (hereinafter referred to as the receiving institution). The University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences will admit Chinese language students for the year 2024 under this program.

一、招生对象

1.非中国籍人士；

2.对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度；

3.身心健康，品学兼优；

4.有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作；

5.年龄为18-35周岁（统一以2024年9月1日计）。在职中文教师放宽至45周岁。

I.ELIGIBILITY

a) Be a non-Chinese citizen;

b) Be friendly to China, have no criminal record, abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of the Host Institution;

c) Be in good physical and mental health, be in good academic and behavioral standing;

d) Be interested in Chinese language education and related work;

e) Be aged between 18 and 35 years on September 1, 2024. The maximum age limit for in-service Chinese teachers may be extended to 45.

注：根据有关规定，外籍华人，含已加入外国国籍的原中国公民及其外国籍子女、中国公民的外国籍子女，须通过学校在录取阶段开展的国籍状况预审以及入学后中国公安机关出入境管理部门开展的国籍认定。未能通过国籍状况预审或国籍认定者，视为自动放弃申请资格及后续可能取得的入学资格或学籍。

Note: According to relevant regulations, overseas Chinese nationals, including former Chinese citizens who have acquired foreign nationality, their foreign national children, and foreign national children of Chinese citizens, must undergo nationality status pre-screening conducted by the school during the admission stage and nationality determination by the Chinese public security exit and entry administration department after enrollment. Those who fail the nationality status pre-screening or nationality determination will be considered as having automatically forfeited their application eligibility and subsequent eligibility for enrollment or enrollment status.

二、奖学金类别及申请条件

1.一学年汉语研修生

2024年9月入学，资助期限为11个月。不录取享受过同类奖学金的申请者。汉语考试成绩达到HSK（三级）210分，提供HSKK成绩者优先。

2.一学期汉语研修生

2024年9月、2025年3月入学，资助期限为5个月。不录取护照上有X1、X2签证者。汉语考试成绩达到HSK（三级）180分，具有HSKK成绩。

3.四周研修生

2024年7月入学，资助期限为4周。不录取护照上有X1、X2签证者。具有HSK成绩。可由推荐机构组团进行报名，并事先联系我校确定在华学习计划，提前报中心审批，每团10-15人。

Ⅱ.CATEGORIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

a) Scholarship for One-Year Study Program

The program commences in September 2024, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of eleven months.

Applicants who have previously received similar scholarships will not be accepted. Priority will be given to applicants shall have a minimum score of 210 on the HSK test (Level 3).

Priority will be given to applicants who provide an HSKK test score.

b) Scholarship for One-Semester Study Program

The program commences either in September 2024 or March 2025, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of five months.

Applicants holding X1 or X2 visas on their passports will not be accepted.

Applicants shall have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required.

c) Scholarship for Four-Week Study Program

The program commences either in July 2024, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of four weeks.

Applicants holding X1 or X2 visas on their passports will not be accepted.

Applicants are required to provide HSK test scores. The program may be organized and applied for by a recommending institution with 10-15 participants per group. Before the trip, a detailed study plan shall be made in consultation with host institutions and such plan shall be submitted to us for review and approval.

三、奖学金资助内容及标准

包括学费、住宿费、生活费（四周研修生除外）和综合医疗保险费。

1.学费由我校统筹用于奖学金生的培养与管理，开展文化活动，组织参加汉语考试等。

2.住宿费由我校统筹使用，为学生提供免费宿舍(双人间)；经奖学金生申请、我校批准，选择校外住宿者，由学校按月或季度发放住宿费，标准为700元人民币/月。

3.生活费由我校按月发放。一学年和一学期研修生标准为2500元人民币/月。奖学金生按我校录取通知书规定的时间入学报到，否则取消奖学金资格。当月15日（含15日）前到校注册者，当月发放全额生活费；15日以后注册者，当月发放半月生活费。奖学金生在学期间（不含寒暑假）因个人原因离开中国时间超过15天者，停发离华期间生活费。奖学金生因个人原因休学、退学或受我校纪律处分者，停发自休学、退学或接到处分通知之日起的生活费。结业生的生活费发放至学校确定的结业日期后的半个月。

4.综合医疗保险费参照中国教育部来华留学有关规定执行，由我校统一购买。四周研修生标准为160元人民币/人，一学期研修生为400元人民币/人，一学年以上标准为800元人民币/年/人。

III.COVERAGE

International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship provides full coverage on tuition fee, accommodation fee, living allowance (four-week study students are excluded) and comprehensive medical insurance expenses.

a)Tuition fees are managed by our university for the training and management of scholarship students, organizing cultural activities, and arranging participation in Chinese language examinations.

b)Accommodation fees are managed by our university, providing free dormitories (double rooms) for students. For those scholarship students who apply for off-campus accommodation and receive approval from our university, accommodation fees will be disbursed monthly or quarterly by the university at a rate of 700 RMB per month.

c)Living expenses are disbursed monthly by our university. For students enrolled for one academic year or one semester, the standard living allowance is 2500 RMB per month. Scholarship students must enroll and register according to the time specified in the admission notice from our university; otherwise, their scholarship eligibility will be canceled. For students who register before the 15th of the month (inclusive of the 15th), the full monthly living allowance will be disbursed. For those who register after the 15th of the month, half of the monthly living allowance will be disbursed. If scholarship students are absent from China for more than 15 days during the semester (excluding winter and summer vacations) due to personal reasons, their living allowance will be suspended for the period they are absent. If scholarship students suspend their studies, withdraw, or receive disciplinary action from our university due to personal reasons, their living allowance will be suspended from the date of suspension, withdrawal, or receipt of disciplinary notice. Living expenses for graduating students will be disbursed until half a month after the date determined by the university for graduation.

d)Comprehensive medical insurance premiums follow the relevant regulations of the Chinese Ministry of Education for international students studying in China and are purchased uniformly by our university. The standard premiums are 160 RMB per person for a four-week study period, 400 RMB per person for one semester, and 800 RMB per person per year for study periods exceeding one academic year.

四、申请流程

2024年3月1日起，申请者可登录中外语言交流合作中心网站（https://www.chinese.cn）国际中文教师奖学金板块，查询推荐机构与我校信息；在线提交申请材料，关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果；奖学金获得者与接收院校确认办理来华留学手续，在线打印获奖证书；按我校录取通知书规定的时间入学报到。

截止日期（以北京时间为准）：

7月入学（四周研修生）：学生申请截止日期为4月15日，推荐机构、我校审核截止日期为4月25日；

9月入学：学生申请截止日期为5月15日，推荐机构、我校审核截止日期为5月25日；

2025年3月入学（一学期研修生）：学生申请截止日期为11月15日，推荐机构、我校审核截止日期为11月25日。

语合中心委托专家组集中评审：根据HSK、HSKK考分和级别，兼顾国别等因素择优资助，于入学前约3个月完成奖学金评审工作，公布评审结果。

IV.APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Online registration will be available from March 1, 2024 on the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website (http://www.chinese.cn). You may search for Recommending Institutions and Host Institutions; submit application materials online; and track the application process. The successful applicant must confirm with the Host Institutions to go through the procedures of studying in China, print out the scholarship certificate online, and register at the Host Institution on the designated date as per the Letter of Admission.

The Application Deadlines (Beijing Time):

a)For students enrolling in July (four-week study program), the application deadline is April 15th, and the deadline for recommendation by institutions and review by our university is April 25th.

b)For students enrolling in September, the application deadline is May 15th, and the deadline for recommendation by institutions and review by our university is May 25th.

c)For students enrolling in March 2025 (one-semester study program), the application deadline is November 15th, and the deadline for recommendation by institutions and review by our university is November 25th.

CLEC will entrust an expert panel to review the applications. Decisions will be based on HSK and HSKK levels and scores, geographical distribution, and other factors. The results will be published about three months before the program starts.

五、申请材料

按照报名平台要求提交报名材料。申请提交后，申请者将无法修改申请信息和申请材料。因此，在提交申请前，请务必仔细核对检查，确保所提交的信息和材料全面、真实、完整。如有不实或缺漏者，我校概不予受理。申请材料中涉及的各类表格、文书、证明等如为中英文以外文本，除原件外，还需附经公证的中文或英文翻译件。建议前往中华人民共和国驻所在国使（领）馆对上述材料及其翻译件进行公证。两页以上的表格、文本、证明等应当加盖骑缝章或者在每页上都加盖公章。申请人无需邮寄原版纸质材料。

V. APPLICATION MATERIALS FOR INTERNATIONAL CHINESE LANGUAGE TEACHERS SCHOLARSHIP

According to the requirements of the registration platform, applicants must submit application materials. Once the application is submitted, applicants will be unable to modify the application information and materials. Therefore, before submitting the application, please carefully review and verify that all submitted information and materials are comprehensive, true, and complete. Any inaccuracies or omissions will result in the application being rejected. If any documents in the application materials are in languages other than Chinese or English, besides the original documents, certified translations in Chinese or English must also be provided. It is recommended to have these documents and their translations notarized by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in the applicant's country of residence. Documents consisting of more than two pages, such as forms, texts, or certificates, should be stamped with a seal or have an official seal affixed on each page. Applicants are not required to mail original paper documents.

六、关于在职中文教师和汉语桥获奖者

1.在职中文教师

在职中文教师申请各类奖学金，可提供就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信，免提交汉语水平考试（HSK） 证书。

2.汉语桥获奖者

在各类汉语桥比赛中获得“国际中文教师奖学金证书”者，登录国际中文教师奖学金网站，凭奖学金证书向我校提交申请材料。如有问题，请咨询chinesebridge@chinese.cn。

Ⅵ. POLICIES REGARDING IN-SERVICE CHINESE LANGUAGE TEACHERS AND CHINESE BRIDGE WINNERS

a)In-Service Chinese language Teachers:

In-service Chinese teachers applying for various scholarships may provide proof of employment issued by their institution and a letter of recommendation, and are exempt from submitting the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) certificate.

b)Chinese Bridge Winners:

Applicants who have received the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Certificate during Chinese Bridge competitions may submit their application documents along with their scholarship certificates to BLCU directly at the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website
